We have great news. Our company is growing and to provide your with the support you deserve we have implemented a new help desk system. This will provide you with a way to submit support requests (tickets) that will be numbered and tracked.
There are two ways that you can use this system. If you are a new user of the system you will have to register first. If you have already registered then you can login and submit a new ticket.
You can also submit tickets by sending an email to our support email address. We will not post that here because if people scraping information from web sites and using them in their spam lists but if you register and login to the support center you will be provided with instructions on how to do so.
Please be advised that when you register for the first time you will be sent an email requireing you to confirm your registration. Please do so or your support requests will not be processed. This is a safety feature we have built in to keep people from submitting spam to our support system.
Another great feature of our new system is that if you login to the support center you will have access to announcements and our support forms. This feature is great for providing you a place to get up-to-date announcements about our company along with beign able to talk to other Christian Technology Solutions Clients.
